Applesauce Spice Cake

When the universe gives us apples, we make apple sauce! Now that we have so much of it, we are getting creative. Apples from NY state farms, warm spices of the season , toasted walnuts and raisins all combine to create this yummy seasonal treat. Tastes like fall in a bite.
