Carrot Cake (mini)

This is our mini version of our large cake.

Spring is here, and so is carrot cake season! Our large 12-cup bundt cake is topped with rich cream cheese frosting and decorated like a whimsical nest—so inviting, even the Easter Bunny might leave a surprise! To complete the look, we’ve added Cadbury mini eggs for that extra festive touch.
