Introducing another vegan option that is loved by vegans and non vegans alike!  Our  shortbread "buttery" cookie is  loaded with toasted pecans to create this delectable melt in your mouth treat. Not a Pecan Sandie but a Pecan Sandra- no elves  involved in the making of this cookie :).
