Organic agricultural farming does not use substances like pesticides or synthetic fertilizers.  They are free from GMO’s(Genetically modified) and many say the food is fresher, because it does not contain preservatives that prolongs the life.  Many brands use fillers in food and non Organic pesticides to prolong the shelf stable life. Organic farming is better for the environment with less pollution, energy and soil erosion. 

We source locally from Organic farms and use Organic flour in our baking!
